Ensure your washing machine is off and not running a cycle.
Turn your filter off.
Ensure your filter has all components inserted.
Gently lift your filter and turn so that the bottom is visible. There is a label on the bottom, matching the sample image. Your serial number will be in the box outlined above in red.
